To All Hebron Tax Residents:
The Hebron board of Finance has put together a survey to gather more information as to what Hebron taxpayers want to see in the 2018-2019 Budget.
Over recent years the town and your elected officials have provided multiple vehicles to distribute budget information to all residents of Hebron. Budget meetings are publicized. Proposed Budget information is available on the town website. All budget meetings are televised live on both cable the Community Voice Channel ( channels 96 or 1084 on Comcast cable) and Facebook Live. Recordings are available “On Demand” at http://www.cvcct.org/on-demand.html. The new “Hebron View” magazine published the budget calendar along with other budget information.
This This survey is simply an additional tool for the board of finance to gather input from Hebron residents.
The survey is available online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WWW7965 . Paper copies are also available at the town Clerk’s office, the Douglas Library Circulation desk, the Senior center and the main offices of both Gilead Hill and Hebron Elementary schools.
If you are completing the survey on line please remember to click on the “Done” button after the final question. If you are completing the survey on paper simply return your completed survey to any of the locations listed above. If you need additional room to share your thoughts on any question, feel free to write on the back of the paper survey.
Analysis of the survey data will be discussed at the April 3rd board of finance meeting and used to help determine the budget amount that will be recommended for the 2018-2019 budget at the April 10th Public Hearing. The Public Hearing will be hosted by the board of finance at the RHAM High School Auditorium beginning at 7:00 PM on April 10, 2018.
For any questions regarding the survey please send an e-mail to HebronBudget@hebronct.com or call the Hebron Town Manager’s Office at (860) 228-5971 Option 0
Your input is IMPORTANT! Please complete our survey as soon as possible so your voice can be heard. Please remember to vote at the Budget Referendum on Tuesday May 8th from 6:00 AM through 8:00 PM at Hebron Elementary School. Every vote counts!!!
